These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at fathomly.ai (the "Site"), operated by Fathomly ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for its intended purpose: learning about Fathomly and getting in touch with us. 3. Pilot Inquiries

The Site lets you submit a pilot inquiry. Submitting the form, or otherwise contacting us, is not an offer and does not create any contract, subscription, or binding commitment between you and Fathomly. Any pilot or commercial arrangement is subject to a separate agreement that we would negotiate and sign with you directly.

Fathomly's product is not yet publicly available. Product- and subscription-specific terms (including pricing, fees, and app usage terms) will accompany the product at launch and are not covered by these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Fathomly or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
