Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
1. Introduction
Fathomly ("we," "us," "our") provides this website at fathomly.ai to describe our product and let prospective pilot customers get in touch. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices and rights available to you. It does not cover our product itself, which is not yet generally available; a separate policy will accompany the product at launch.
2. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information through this website:
- Pilot inquiry information. If you submit our pilot-request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, company, company size, role, and any message you include.
- Server access logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records basic technical information for every request, including your IP address, the date and time of the request, and your browser's user agent string.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or any advertising or tracking technology on this website. See "Cookies" below.
3. How We Use It
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your pilot inquiry and follow up about a potential pilot or partnership.
- Operate, maintain, and secure this website, including detecting and preventing abuse.
We do not use pilot inquiry information for any other marketing purpose without your consent, and we do not use it to train any AI model (see "No AI Training on Your Data" below).
4. How We Share It
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use third-party providers to host this website and to send and receive email (for example, to receive and respond to pilot inquiries sent to [email protected]). These providers act as processors on our behalf and may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in a good-faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of others.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. International Transfers
This website is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Germany). If you access the site from outside the EU, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the EU. Where we use service providers located elsewhere, we take steps intended to ensure an adequate level of protection for your information.
7. Data Retention
We keep pilot inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if a pilot or business relationship develops, for as long as that relationship continues plus a reasonable period afterward for legitimate business or legal purposes. Server access logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting purposes and are then deleted or anonymized.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your information, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
9. Cookies
We do not use cookies, analytics, or any advertising or tracking technology on this website. Your browser may store your chosen language (English or German) locally on your device, using your browser's localStorage, purely so the site remembers which language you last selected. This is not a cookie, is not used to track you, and does not identify you.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. No AI Training on Your Data
We do not use information submitted through this website, including pilot inquiry information, to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of this website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
